I finally done all the major updates proposed by Peter from IBForen:

• Update IPB 1.3 To 1.3.1
• Mod installer
• Security Fixes, Updates And Enhancements For IPB 1.3.1 v.2.3.1
• IPB1.3.1 for mySQL5 1.0.2
• Anti Spam
• Translation in post

You can download the fourth first files freely directly from IBForen Download Area
AntiSpam and Translation Mods are available for active members only.

Don't worry about all theses long listing of codes. Don't do all theses changes manually
First update your board to version 1.3.1 (some codes to change manually).
After this, install the Mod Installer and then all other mods can be installed automatically in a breeze
You have a Support Forum here (some English description there) and in all mods you have multilanguage Howto files.
Some of theses mods are also available at Invisionize, Peter username is Pit there. But compare the version and took the more recent on IBForen.

All the new mods are supposed to be working good here with all the languages packs. If you have any problems, please let me know.

Were do I find the files in my forum? I've downloaded the instrutions, but they don't tell how to find the files, only what needs to be changed.

The files need to be upload by FTP into
Your domain/forum/sources/mods

First you install the Mod installer and then all the others mods can be installed easily by the Mod Installer.

Okay, somehow my account got deleted, and it took forever for it to send the validation e-mail to get another. Anyway, how do I upload by FTP?

If you have a free forum on Invision Plus, you didn't have access by FTP and you cannot install theses mods by yourself.

Hi Ginette this is darkzone from the support board. i'm trying to use the mod installer that peter made, and i need a little help. when ever i try to run "mod_sec_update_131_install.php" this is what i get


and it does nothing.
do i have to manuly add all of the codes found in the how to file inclued in the download?
if you could help me out that would be great.

yeah i got it fixed. some how i had got an old version of the mod installer and it would not work for some reason.
