As I'm Support Staff at Invision Plus, the 15 first skins release are available for those who have an Invision Plus board.

If you look for a free hosted IPB 1.3 forum, just take one at Invision Plus http://www.invisionplus.net/register.php

As usual, the skin copyright notice should appears.

I didn't permit any usage for others free forum Hoster. Please don't redistribute my skins outside Invision Plus.
Please note that the release for Invision Plus and the files you will found in this site are not the same.
If you have an Invision Plus forum, please download skins from the Invision Plus Support Board. The HTML Templates for Invision Plus have been modified to include some features specifics to Invision Plus like the Arcade, Skin Selector, etc. The copyright notice is also in the HTML Templates.
The files that you will find in the Download Area are regular tar skins with Copyright in the Wrappers.
